Pharmacist - Independent - Direct Hire! Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity at an independent community pharmacy on Lopez Island, WA. This role offers the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a highly regarded, patient-focused setting known for exceptional community reputation and care.
Assignment Details
Start: As soon as available
Position Type: Direct hire (full-time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed
Requirements
Active Washington Pharmacist License
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Lead and support pharmacy staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Review and verify prescriptions
Provide patient counseling and clinical support
Manage inventory and medication ordering
Collaborate with providers to support patient outcomes
