nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will review and accurately fill prescriptions, counsel patients on medications, provide immunizations and travel vaccines, and perform MTM reviews.
nResponsibilities
nReview prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions
nDispense medications accurately and safely
nCounsel patients on dosage, side effects, storage, and drug interactions
nProvide immunizations and travel vaccines
nPerform Medication Therapy Management (MTM) reviews
nMaintain accurate patient and pharmacy records
nMonitor inventory and ensure proper handling and storage
nMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment
nQualifications
nCurrent and active Florida state Pharmacist license
nImmunization certification is required.
nStrong communication and customer service skills
nExcellent attention to detail
nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
