nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnAssure patient safety and care quality by meticulously reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related problems.
n
nnOptimize patient outcomes by collaborating with physicians to recommend appropriate formulary alternatives and providing expert drug information to the medical team.
n
nnOversee and mentor pharmacy technical personnel in the preparation and accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
n
nnEducate and counsel patients on their medication therapies, promoting effective and safe use for better health outcomes.
n
nnFacilitate seamless clinical operations by ensuring the appropriate selection, dosing, and dispensing of all medication orders.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnLicensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy required. licensure or eligible.
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
n nAdditional Preferences:
