Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will verify and dispense medications, manage dosing, review orders for interactions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize medication plans that promote recovery and functional independence. Educate patients and staff on drug therapies, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and help maintain accurate records and inventory in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
