nThe Pharmacy Manager is a key position that has a substantial impact with our consumers and clinic partners by partnering and advising both on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits. This individual is responsible for the financial, clinical and quality for pharmacy services and will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy including dispensing prescription medication and spending one-on-one time with the consumers. Coaching, developing and managing pharmacy staff is also a key responsibility of this role. The manager will act as a talent steward and proactively seek top talent for the pharmacy roles.

nnnPharmacy Location: 725 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR

n

nnHours: Mon - Fri: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Closed for Lunch: 12:00PM - 1:00PM

n

nnTraining Requirement: Ability to travel up to 1.5 hours for a required two-week training period . Company will provide reimbursement for hotel accommodations, meals, and mileage during training.

n nWhat you'll be doing:

nnnCreates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and continually builds solid relationships with both groups to proactively meet their needs

n

nnServes as an expert to the clinical staff and proactively meets with their team on meeting their clinical outcomes

n

nnCounsels and educates patients on the usage of medications, adverse effects, schedules and any personal questions from the consumers

n

nnEnsures the pharmacy and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws

n

nnPerforms wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots and other preventive services

n

nnFinancial profitability and identifies opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy

n

nnMotivates, develops and coaches all pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service

n

nnCreates an engaging team environment which promotes compassion and models our core values and culture amongst the team

n

nnProactively promotes opportunities and recruiting top talent at our pharmacies

n

nnReviews key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement

n

nnConducts workforce planning and business planning to have operational excellence at the site

n

nnBuilds solid relationships with the community, stakeholders and clinic partners to ensure we are meeting all needs and promote the pharmacy business

n

nnDrives marketing plans and materials to promote all pharmacy offerings

n

n nRequired Qualifications:

nnnBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

n

nnCurrent pharmacist's license in the state of Oregon

n

nnCertified immunizer or willing to become

n

nnWilling to complete LAI Training

n

nnAbility to travel up to 1.5 hours for a required two-week training period

n

n nPreferred Qualification:

nn2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience

nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
