Daily Responsibilities: Lead daily pharmacy workflow, perform all staff pharmacist duties, ensure legal/compliance standards, manage inventory, scheduling, controlled substance procedures, and drive performance toward labor, sales, and utilization goals
Supervise and coach pharmacy staff, resolve customer issues, conduct physician detailing, support public health initiatives, manage third party issues, and maintain all required state/federal records
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
Active and unencumbered Indiana Pharmacist License
