Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist Dispensing medications and ensuring accurate information is provided for patient safety
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Managing pharmacy dispensing systems and sterile processing
Working in an IV room setting
Requirements of the Pharmacist One year of Pharmacist experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy
Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required
Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and sterile processing preferred
IV room experience and knowledge of EMR systems preferred
