nOverview
nWe are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team of providing the highest quality of care, reliability, and support to our patients, caregivers, and families. In this role, the Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, as well as delivery services.
nSchedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pmpossible weekend rotation and on-call
nResponsibilities
nnnProvides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnel
n
nnEvaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes
n
nnAnswers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely manner
n
nnRetrieves data in the pharmacy system
n
nnManages medication orders
n
nnEnsures proper storage and security conditions for medications
n
nnMaintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment
n
n nQualifications
nnnDoctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree
n
nnCurrent and good standing Pharmacist License
n
nnStrong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills
n
