Remote, Clinical Pharmacist - Pennsylvania

HealthCare Support is recruiting for a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
Salary: $60-$66 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Pharmacist will rotate through 8-hour shifts on a weekly basis covering our business hours 8 am- 9 pm EST
Benefits: 15 PTO days + paid holidays + 2 floating holidays

Daily Responsibilities: Verify prescription orders for accuracy, communicate with prescribers for clarification, and support medication fulfillment and therapeutic outcomes
Counsel patients on specialty and non-specialty medications, answer medication-related questions, address escalated concerns, and promote adherence and compliance
Support prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, documentation, and pharmacy technician activities within a collaborative, clinically focused remote environment
Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
