Job description
An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in a Long-Term Acute Care/Rehabilitation setting in Oklahoma. Location: Porum, OK (near Muskogee)
Schedule: Dayshifts, 8-hour shifts
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential for contract-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and manage medication orders efficiently to ensure patient safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians, guiding daily workflow and accuracy
Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient care through expert consultation
Maintain compliance with hospital pharmacy protocols and standards
Qualifications and Experience: Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license
Demonstrated hospital pharmacy experience, especially in inpatient settings
