nSSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital
nA Joint venture with Select Medical and SSM Health
nPosition: Pharmacist
nPosition Start Date: August 24th, 2026 or later
nLocation: Lake St. Louis, MO (Inside of St. Joseph's Hospital)
nSchedule: PRN/ 1 weekend a month (Sat/Sun) and the occasional mutually agreed upon days during the week
nCompensation: $62/PRN Rate

n nResponsibilities
nnnAs the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
n
nnProviding clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.
n
nnMaintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
n
nnCorrectly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
n
nnDeveloping and participating in new employee training and education programs.
n
nnParticipating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
n
nnPromoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
nnnRequires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
n
nnCurrent State licensure required.
n
nnBLS if required by State.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnPharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.
n nPost offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.
