nJob Summary:
nResponsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.
nRequirements:
nGraduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
nKentucky Pharmacist License
nIndiana Pharmacist License
nHospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
