Job description
South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital in Texas seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist provides medication order verification, dosing guidance, and patient counseling across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Under supervision of a Pharmacy Director, you will ensure safe drug therapy, document interventions, support sterile compounding, and participate in on-call coverage while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.
