Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Rapid City, SD. The role focuses on pharmacist order verification using the Epic system, ensuring safe medication practices in a supportive acute care environment. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist Pharmacist order verification in Epic
Check floor stock and compounded sterile products
Conduct VTE high risk determination
Handle phone calls to patients scheduled for surgery 7-10 days prior
Assist with OR schedule preparations for medications
Requirements of the Pharmacist Hospital pharmacy experience required
2-3 years of relevant experience
Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
