Job description
A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist located in Bend, OR, starting on June 22nd for a duration of 6+ weeks. This role offers standard daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute prescription medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
Provide patients and customers with detailed information about medication usage and potential side effects
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns regarding prescriptions
Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Desired Qualifications: Valid Oregon Pharmacist License
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is highly preferred
Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workflow in a busy environment
