Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Richmond, VA. This role focuses on assisting patients in a hospital setting and requires a strong background in complex patient care. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist Manage complex patients including Trauma/Burn/Critical care, cardiac surgery, and ECMO
Perform IV verification and compounding as needed
Execute medication verification
Utilize advanced dosing techniques including Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycoside, and Renal dosing
Requirements of the Pharmacist Virginia State Pharmacist license
Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience
Experience with Meditech, Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, and Vigilanz systems
