Job description
NEEDED: Pharmacists
LOCATIONS:
Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Gunnison, UT 84634
SCHEDULE: As Needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid Utah Pharmacist license and ensure license remains current.
Must hold a Utah Controlled Substance license to practice
JOB DUTIES:
Prepare medications according to prescriptions written by authorized medical practitioners;
Provide drug information and consultation to physicians, nurses, patients, and other clinical staff;
Order and maintain a secure inventory of drugs, chemicals, and controlled substances;
Fill and refill prescriptions as authorized;
Prepare reports on medication and drug usage patterns; and
Perform other pharmaceutical tasks assigned by DHHS staff.
