Job description
A healthcare facility in Sayreville, NJ, is seeking a part-time Pharmacist holding active licenses in both New Jersey and California. This contract assignment starts June 1st and extends for three months, offering approximately 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling within operating hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The primary shift available is 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Maintain clear communication with pharmacy staff to ensure timely dispensing.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and quality standards within the pharmacy setting.
Qualifications and Experience: Current, clear, and active pharmacist licenses for both New Jersey and California.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
