Job description
CommUnityCare seeks a licensed pharmacist in Findlay, OH to ensure safe dispensing and thorough patient counseling. You will review patient regimens, maintain records, and collaborate with the care team to support patient-centered outcomes.
Qualified candidates hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, 1–5 years in retail/community pharmacy, and current licensure; CPR certification is required or in progress. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities and collaborative practice.
