Pay: $2119 - $2554 | Shift: 5x8 Days

Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management for a diverse patient population. Your role will be crucial in optimizing medication therapy and improving patient outcomes.
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized medication plans
Utilize Epic charting system for accurate medication documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary support services, including IV teams and rapid response teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Need 2 years experience in setting
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PharmD, RPh
Valid KS State license required at time of submission
