Pharmacist - Retail
Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in Elko, NV. This position offers consistent weekly support with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a well-supported pharmacy team. Part-time, ongoing coverage is preferred, with potential for temp-to-hire or travel arrangements for the right candidate.
Description:
Dispense prescription medications, providing counseling on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including workflow, verification, and inventory management
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and store leadership to maintain efficient operations
Administer immunizations as permitted by state regulations
Support a positive and professional pharmacy environment
Schedule & Coverage:
Consistent 2–3 days per week preferred
Flexible scheduling available
Ongoing coverage needed with potential for long-term placement
Travelers welcome; flexible scheduling structures can be considered

Position Requirements:
Active NV Pharmacist License in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
Retail pharmacy experience preferred
Immunization experience preferred
Strong communication and workflow management skills
