Job description
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
Must have State License to Apply
6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
Ohio Pharmacist License required
Inpatient hospital experience required
Experience with Computerized Provider Entry Order (CPOE) verification required
Experience attending codes required
Experience with sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous compounding oversight required
Pharmacotherapy knowledge required
Experience with antibiotic and renal dosing required
CPR certification required
Assignment Details Monday-Friday 0700 - 1530
Every 6th weekend required
Orientation required prior to start
