nSchedule: PRN | Evening Shift
nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnEnsure Patient Safety: Review medication orders to catch and prevent drug-related issues, making sure patients receive the correct medication, dosage, and administration.
n
nnManage Pharmacy Operations: Supervise technicians to maintain an accurate and efficient workflow for preparing, storing, and dispensing medications.
n
nnControl Costs: Recommend less expensive, but equally effective, formulary alternatives to help the hospital manage medication expenses.
n
nnEducate and Inform: Serve as the go-to expert for drug information and provide education to both medical staff and patients, sometimes mentoring pharmacy students.

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnLicensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnn2+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred

nnA working knowledge of computers
n
nnExcellent interpersonal skills, in-person and via phone
