Pharmacist Address: Tulsa, OK Job Description: Accept and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Monitor patient medication adherence and overuse patterns. Ensure prescribed medicines are suitable and maintain confidential patient records. Advise patients on medication usage, reactions, and answer questions. Provide consultation on medications, including storage, dosage, and interactions. Compounding medications for external or internal use and preparing sterile solutions. Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical supplies. ***Critical Information:*** Shift: 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Work environment: Onsite Compliance and pharmacy environment standards maintained ***Education/Licenses Needed:*** Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred Registered Pharmacist License in state(s) of practice Doctor of Pharmacy degree required Licensed by the state pharmacy board
