Shifts: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm / 2nd Shift 1:30pm-10pm (rotating every other weekend and holidays)
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Warren, MI. This travel Pharmacist position involves a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in managing patient medication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist Accept and dispense prescription medications
Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns
Ensure that the supply of medicines is within the law
Verify the suitability of prescribed medicines
Accurately maintain confidential patient records
Advise patients on medication usage and potential reactions
Provide consultations regarding medication storage, dosage, side effects, and interactions
Offer patient services including smoking cessation and cholesterol management
Educate patients on using medical devices
Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions
Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks
Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
Identify and communicate drug-related problems
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements of the Pharmacist Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
Licensed by the state pharmacy board
