Pharmacy Assistant TraineeLooking to start a rewarding career in healthcare? We're hiring a detail-oriented, reliable Pharmacy Assistant Trainee to join our team! No prior pharmacy experience required— we will train the right person.Key Responsibilities:Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing prescription medicationsProvide friendly customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phoneProcess insurance claims and handle point-of-sale transactionsManage inventory, unpack shipments, and keep shelves organizedMaintain clean, compliant, and accurate pharmacy recordsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED equivalentBilingual English/SpanishStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesDependable attitude with a eagerness to learnAbility to pass a background check and drug screen (as required by law)What We Offer:Full hands-on paid training and supportSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCompetitive starting pay and benefits packageMust be able to maintain a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant certification
