Job description
The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist I at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for establishing and expanding clinical services in the pharmacy, including the development of medication protocols and order sets, and serving as a clinical resource for staff.
This role supports quality improvement activities, medication utilization reviews, and performance improvement projects to optimize drug therapy, with mentorship duties and collaboration across care teams.
