Job description
Hy-Vee is seeking a Pharmacy Department Manager in Minnesota to lead the pharmacy team, drive prescription volume and profitability while delivering outstanding patient care. The role requires a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to Hy-Vee’s customer-first approach.
You'll oversee staffing, training, compliance with DEA and Board of Pharmacy requirements, and the pharmacy's daily operations.
