We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities.Job SummaryAssists registered pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing and distribution of sterile and non-sterile medication, maintains records and inventory, following procedural work routines, to ensure medications are ready and available for patient administration. Reports to Pharmacy Supervisor.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsEducation: Currently enrolled in an accredited PharmD programLicensure, Certification, Registration: Pharmacy Intern registration with Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection required by March 31st of each year.Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:Requires good communication and analytical skills.Requires manual dexterity and basic keyboard skills.We take great care of careers.With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
