nnSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

nnSign-on Bonus : $20,000
n
n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnManage Daily Operations: Oversee daily retail dispensing inside the hospital to ensure fast, safe prescription service for discharged patients and staff.
n
nnDrive Business Growth: Build and launch new outpatient programs, bedside delivery, and clinical services to increase patient capture and revenue.
n
nnLead and Train Staff: Coach pharmacy team members to provide great customer care and accurate service that builds lasting patient trust.
n
nnTrack Financial Goals: Monitor sales reports and manage budgets to boost retail profit and support the hospital's long-term business goals.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnPharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.
n
nnLicensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Current license from the State of Oklahoma or license issued by State of Kansas for positions residing in Kansas and fulfillment of 15 hours continuing education per year.
n
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
n nWork Experience:
nn3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnnRetail Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
n
nn2+ years of Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
