A growing Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead operations, support clinical staff, and enhance the patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge role where you’ll be empowered to manage your pharmacy, staff, workflows, and provider relationships.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the clinical pharmacy partner to healthcare providers and clinic teams.
Provide medication education and support to patients.
Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff.
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including patient safety & quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory & workflow management, staying current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse standards, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited university.
Active pharmacy license in the practicing state.
Leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication skills & a passion for patient care.
