Workflow Management A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:
\ NLead with Heart ΓÇô display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team
\ NMotivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps
\ NIdentify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
\ NSuccessfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals

\ NActive Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
\ NNot on the DEA Excluded Parties List
\ NImmunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.E. APhA)
\ NListed on the pharmacy state license as the ΓÇÿpharmacist in charge'
\ NSubmission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use)..Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

\ NThe typical pay range forthis role is:
\ N $65.00 - $81.00 Thispay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
