Job description
The Pharmacy Manager oversees daily retail pharmacy operations, leading pharmacists and technicians to provide safe, accurate dispensing and patient counseling. This role manages clinical services such as immunizations, monitors inventory and merchandising, ensures compliance with Board of Pharmacy rules and company policies, and guides excellent customer service. The manager also reviews performance data, controls safety and quality, and supports community outreach to improve local health outcomes.
