Job description
Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy operations, patient care, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations.
Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, inventory management, and safety protocols.
Lead customer service efforts, ensuring customer needs are met within company guidelines.
Coordinate community outreach programs, encouraging staff involvement.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies through report analysis, loss prevention, and safety oversight.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license.
Completion of accredited immunization training.
Experience working with patients, healthcare providers, and analyzing pharmacy and financial data.
Ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations effectively.
