Job description
CVS Health Amherst, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a dynamic pharmacy team. You will ensure safe dispensing, accuracy, and exceptional patient counseling while aligning with CVS policies and regulatory requirements.
You will manage bench shifts, coach staff, handle inventory, immunization services, and collaborations with store leadership to maintain a high standard of care and service. This role requires an active pharmacist license and a track record in retail pharmacy.
