Role Overview
The Manager of the Outpatient Pharmacy oversees daily operations, serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
Responsibilities Include
Managing clinic drug distribution, home infusion services, and workflow optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
Conducting bi-annual inventory audits.
Supporting strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail pharmacy or related experience.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required; pharmacy certification preferred.
