Job description
As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail environment, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and exceptional patient care. You will supervise and develop pharmacy associates, oversee inventory, and maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations. Partnering with store leadership, you’ll drive clinical services, vaccinations, and wellness programs that support community health.
