Job Title: Pharmacy ManagerJob Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital's pharmacy department. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring effective inventory management, and developing policies and procedures to enhance pharmaceutical care.
nResponsibilities
nnnOversee daily operations of the pharmacy department.
n
nnProvide pharmaceutical care to patients as needed.
n
nnManage inventory and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
n
nnOversee staff, providing support, mentoring, and guidance.
n
nnDevelop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
n
nnAssist in managing the pharmacy during the Pharmacy Director's absence.
n
n nEssential Skills
nnnB.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
n
nn5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience, including leadership.
n
nnActive Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
n
nnBLS certification within 14 days of hire.
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Record Systems.
n
n nAdditional Skills & Qualifications
nnnDoctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
n
nn1 year of experience as a pharmacy operations specialist.
n
nnHospital Pharmacy Management experience.
n
nnALS/ACLS certification.
n

nWork in a busy hospital lab setting with a schedule of 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, including rotating weekends. Employees receive one weekday off each week, ensuring a consistent schedule. The facility includes the only burn unit in the area, focusing primarily on adult care with minimal pediatric involvement.

nThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
