Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in our California retail locations. This role oversees prescription fulfillment, clinical services, immunizations, and patient counseling while ensuring full compliance with CA Board of Pharmacy, federal, and CVS policies. The manager supervises, schedules, and develops pharmacists and technicians, drives accuracy and safety, supports quality and inventory controls, and partners with store leadership to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional, inclusive patient care.
