Job description
Fora Health in Portland, OR seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and 340B program. The licensed pharmacist will supervise technicians, establish medication management policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with QA, HR, and clinical teams.
The role requires at least three years of licensed practice, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, and an active Oregon license, with readiness to build out services across residential, withdrawal, and outpatient programs.
