Help Build the Next Chapter of a Growing Compounding Pharmacy
A well-established compounding pharmacy is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. With new executive leadership in place and a clear vision for the future, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational activities across the pharmacy
Improve workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement scalable processes and SOPs
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and operational performance
Lead, coach, and develop operational staff
Support growth initiatives and future expansion
Qualifications
Operations leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or another highly regulated environment
Strong process improvement and project management skills
Experience leading teams through change
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus
