Job description
Pharmacy Operations Manager opening in San Francisco, CA.
500+ bed hospital. Competitive salary. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Prior inpatient supervisory experience a must. Excellent opportunity to join well-respected Northern California health system.
Duties :
Initiate, schedule, direct and control day-to-day operations of the department.
Schedule employee's work, holidays, vacation, personal days.
Compile reports and special studies as arranged or as specifically requested.
Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy on drug purchasing functions
Act as a drug consultant to support services and ancillary departments.
Make necessary arrangements to obtain drugs needed in emergency situations.
Represent pharmacy in committee meetings.
Compensation : $220,000 to 310,000 per year
