Pharmacy Operations Manager / Director – 503A Compounding Pharmacy
Dallas, TX | On-Site
We're partnering with a growing 503A compounding pharmacy in Dallas seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader to drive day-to-day performance and help scale the organization through its next stage of growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with responsibility across pharmacy production, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, staffing, workflow and overall operational performance.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of pharmacy operations leadership experience
503A or 503B compounding pharmacy experience required
3+ years leading teams of 20+ employees
Strong experience managing KPIs, productivity, staffing and operational performance
Proven success improving workflows, building processes and driving accountability
A hands-on leader who knows how to build, coach and develop high-performing teams
Experience in a highly regulated pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment
