Pharmacy - Pharmacist
Shift Details: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 5 Shifts Per Week, 40 Scheduled Hours
Start Date: 10/12/2026, End Date: 01/11/2027, Duration: 13 Weeks
Client Details: City Durango, State CO, Zip Code 81301, Trauma Level: Level 3
Cancellation Policy: Before Start Date: Hospital will make a good faith effort to provide Agency with advanced written notice of cancellation without cause. After Start Date: Hospital will provide Agency with fourteen (14) days' prior written notice. Hospital will compensate Agency if it fails to provide at least (14) days' prior written notice.
Guarantee Hours Policy: Hospital may cancel up to four shifts for a 13-week assignment, up to three shifts for 12 weeks or less.
