Job Description
Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Profession: Pharmacy

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour
Hours per Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
License: Oklahoma license required
Certifications: BCPS, BLS, RPh
Must-Have:
- Previous inpatient pharmacy experience
- Knowledge of medication management in an acute care setting
Description:
This position is for an Inpatient Pharmacist.
The shift includes working from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
The unit will accept first-time travelers.
Oklahoma licensure is required for this role.
BCPS, BLS, and RPh certifications must be held.
Travelers should possess experience with antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, and other clinical skills.
Additional preferred skills include competency with charting systems such as Epic.
The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
A daily census of approximately 390 patients is expected.
The facility comprises 450 beds.
Floating to similar units may be required based on facility needs.
A brief orientation will be provided on the unit.
