License: Active pharmacist license in hand at the time of submission; bachelor of science in pharmacy required; PharmD and registered pharmacist credentials required
Certifications: Epic proficiency required; compliance requirements necessitate no prior license or background hits
Must-Have:
Active pharmacist license in hand
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
PharmD and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) credentials
Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience

Description:
Client is located in the beautiful Coastal Virginia region, offering hiking trails and waterways to explore.
The role is for a pharmacist in an inpatient setting.
The schedule consists of night shifts from 19:30 to 07:30.
Candidates should possess IV admixture and IV pharmacy experience, as well as skills in patient-controlled analgesia (PCA), antibiotic management, drug interaction review, medication order entry, and medication order verification.
Chemotherapy experience and anticoagulation management skills are preferred.
Pharmacokinetic and renal dosing knowledge is also beneficial.
Compliance requirements exclude candidates with any license or background hits.
Fit testing requirements must be met as the facility cannot accommodate specific equipment needs.
Only candidates with the required experience and qualifications will be considered for this position.
