Pharmacy Pharmacist Inpatient

What You'll Be Doing
Provide pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
Manage medication distribution and inventory
Educate patients and staff on medication use and safety
What We Need To See
Licensed Pharmacist with RPh certification
At least 3 years of inpatient and outpatient experience
