Pharmacist

Job Type: Travel

Profession: Pharmacy

Shift: Varies, rotating weekends

Experience: Minimum 1 year

License: Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required

Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

Must-Have: Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Description: The Pharmacy teams are staffed by leading experts on thousands of medications. They make decisions that help optimize a patient's drug therapy. All job offers are contingent upon the candidate passing a pre-employment/post offer drug screen. Holiday coverage is required.
