Job description
Pharmacist Position
The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts, including weekends and evenings. Typical shifts are from 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Candidates should have experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy, particularly with pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management. An active Ohio Pharmacist license is required.
