Job description
Colwyn Group in Lufkin, TX seeks a Pharmacy Manager / PIC to lead clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance for a specialty-focused pharmacy. This on-site, full-time role offers a base salary in the 130k–150k range with bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus.
Ideal candidates hold a PharmD with an unrestricted Texas license and PIC-worthy leadership experience. Proficiency with QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx or WAM is preferred, plus experience with oncology specialties and benefits
